Resident Meetings

Resident Meetings are held monthly to encourage residents to voice their concerns or make suggestions as to how we can improve our care and lifestyle services. Previous meeting minutes are addressed and the Executive Care Manager gives an update on current and future happenings at Amaroo. The Activities Officer will discuss upcoming events and seek feedback on residents’ preferences for future events. We also welcome family members to attend these meetings.

In addition to these monthly meetings, we provide a survey to families every six months to gain feedback on all aspects of the care and lifestyle services we provide as well as facility operations. The results of these surveys are considered by our management team and necessary improvements are implemented.
