Resident Meetings

We are always looking for ways to improve our care and lifestyle services, so we seek feedback from the people who matter most. We encourage our residents to voice their concerns and make suggestions at any time – we will listen. We also hold Resident Meetings every three months, which family members are also welcome to attend. Any matters of significance to arise from these meetings are taken to the Executive Care Manager for actioning.

In addition to regular Resident Meetings, we provide a survey to families every six months to gain feedback on all aspects of the care and lifestyle services we provide. The results of these surveys are considered by our management team and necessary improvements are put into place.
