Resident Meetings are held monthly to encourage residents to voice their concerns or make suggestions as to how we can improve our care and lifestyle services. The Activities Officer will discuss upcoming events and seek feedback on residents’ preferences for future events. Any matters of significance to arise from these meetings are taken to the Executive Care Manager for actioning. We also welcome family members to attend these meetings.
In addition to regular Resident Meetings, we provide a survey to families every six months to gain feedback on all aspects of the care and lifestyle services we provide as well as facility operations. The results of these surveys are considered by our management team and necessary improvements are implemented.
